Adding "view in web browser" links to a message

Some of your recipient's email clients may not be able to display your email properly. This could be because their email client is outdated or has image loading turned off. To help these recipients, you can include a link in your message that will open your email in their web browser instead. You don't need to worry about actually creating and uploading a web version of your email—Direct Mail does this for you automatically when you send your email.

Here's how to include a "view in web browser link":

  1. Go to the Messages tab.
  2. Click on your message where you would like to have the view in my web browser link
  3. Choose Edit > Insert Mail Merge Tag > [web version url] from the menu bar.
