Signing in to your Direct Mail Account

Here's how to sign in:

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Click Sign In.

Once you've signed in, Direct Mail will keep you signed in to that computer even if you quit and re-open the application, or restart your computer. If you no longer want to be signed in, or if you want to protect your account while you're away from your computer, you can sign out at any time.

After you sign in

After you sign in to your account, you can access any Direct Mail project that you have in the cloud by choosing File > "Open from Cloud" from the menu bar at the top of your screen. You may also open any Direct Mail project that you have saved on your hard drive. Learn more about where Direct Mail saves your data.

If you are upgrading from Direct Mail version 2

If you are upgrading from Direct Mail 2, your email address is the email address you used when purchasing your Direct Mail 2 license, and your password is the registration code that was emailed to you. The first time you open Direct Mail 4, it will automatically read your Direct Mail 2 license information and sign you in. Please see this article on upgrading for more information.
