Applying Mac App Store purchases to a different account

By default, whenever you purchase services in Direct Mail via the App Store, the purchase will be applied to the Direct Mail account that is currently signed in. If you would like to apply those credits or features to a different account, here's how:

  1. When you are prompted to apply the App Store purchase to the currently signed in account, click Cancel.
  2. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar.
  3. Click Sign Out
  4. Quit Direct Mail
  5. Re-open Direct Mail
  6. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar.
  7. Click Sign In and sign in to the account you wish to apply the purchase to.
  8. Choose Help > Restore App Store Purchases... from the menu bar.
