If you see the error message "Not authorized to edit subscribe form"

There are a variety of reasons you might see the "Not authorized to edit subscribe form" error message. Here are some things to try:

  • Make sure your Internet connection is working
  • Make sure you are signed in to your Direct Mail Account (choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account) from the menu bar. If you created the subscribe form under a different account, you'll need to sign in to that account instead. If you created the subscribe form while using a trial account but now have a paid account, please contact our support team and they can assign the subscribe form to your paid account.
  • Try quitting and opening Direct Mail again
  • Check for an update to Direct Mail (choose Direct Mail > Check for Software Update)
