Checking your message for broken links

Direct Mail can automatically check your message for broken or private links. A broken link means that the URL you've entered for the link doesn't point to a functioning web page. A private link means that the URL you've entered is protected by a password that your recipients might not know. Private are only a problem if your recipients don't know the password.

To check your message for broken links:

  1. In the Messages tab, select the message you want to check
  2. Choose Message > New Spam Test from the menu bar at the top of the screen (or click the corresponding button in the toolbar)

Broken links will be shown in the "Broken Links" section of the report.
