By default, Direct Mail will automatically choose the most appropriate text encoding for your message based on the content. If you want to manually set the text encoding, you can. Here's how:
- Go to the Messages tab.
- Select the message you want to edit.
- Choose Message > Text Encoding from the menu and select your desired encoding.
You can also set a default text encoding for all new messages in the Settings (Preferences) window.
