Direct Mail can import the following data from your Microsoft Entourage email (but not Contacts): from address, to addresses, cc addresses, bcc addresses, and addresses found in the message body. Here's how:
- Choose Addresses > Import From > Microsoft Entourage Mail from the menu bar. If Entourage is not already open, it will be opened in the background.
- Direct Mail will display a list of your Entourage mail folders. Select the mail folders you want to import from.
- At the bottom of the window, check the addresses you want to import.
- Click Import
Entourage may be unresponsive while the import is taking place.
