Sharing email campaigns on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Sharing your email campaign on social media websites (like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) is easy! The following options are for you to use after you've sent your campaign. If you'd like to include social sharing options in your email campaign for your subscribers to use, please see this help article.

Method 1: Copy and paste the URL

  1. Switch to the Reports tab in Direct Mail
  2. Select the email campaign you want to share from the list at the top of the window
  3. Click "Share" in the toolbar and choose Share Message > Copy URL
  4. Paste the URL into your social media post

Method 2: Using native macOS sharing

  1. Switch to the Reports tab in Direct Mail
  2. Select the email campaign you want to share from the list at the top of the window
  3. Click "Share" in the toolbar and choose a sharing option (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) from the menu that appears.
