Our Unlimited plans are designed for customers that send at least one campaign a month. In exchange for your monthly renewal commitment, we offer unlimited sending at a discounted rate.
If are planning on temporarily suspending your email campaigns, or plan on sending less frequently, you can switch to the Pay Per Email plan. Switching to the Pay Per Email plan is free of charge and will stop all monthly billing. Here's how:
- Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar
- Locate the "Billing Plan" section and click Change
- Click the "End monthly billing…" button and follow the on-screen instructions
After switching, your account will remain available. You can switch back to the Unlimited plan at any time.
