If your address group fails to sync

When attempting to send an email, you may get a warning message that says one or more of your address groups were unable to sync. This message means that one of more of your address groups tried to contact our servers in order to pull down the latest information (like the latest subscribers or the most recent unsubscribes), but was unable to do so.

There can be a variety of reasons that your computer would have trouble connecting to our servers. Please check that your Internet connection is up and that you have signed in to your Direct Mail Account (choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar).

To see the specific reason that your address group was unable to sync, click on the Addresses tab and select the address group that you were trying to send to. A detailed error message will appear at the top of the address list.
