You can use the Find Addresses feature to quickly find and edit (or remove, unsubscribe, etc.) a list of email addresses, instead of going one-by-one. Here's how:
- Choose Edit > Find > Find Addresses Matching List from the menu bar at the top of your screen.
- Type or paste in your list of email addresses.
- Click Find
Direct Mail will find and select the addresses in your groups that match what you typed in. You can remove addresses by pressing the Delete key on your keyboard, or unsubscribe them by choosing Addresses > Mark as Unsubscribed from the menu bar.
