No. You can use the free plan for as long as you like. The free 150 emails reset each month.
Yes. You can change, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Choose “Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account” from the menu bar in the app to make changes.
If you are on the Free Plan, you can upgrade to a paid plan or wait for the free emails to reset on the first of the month. If you are on the Unlimited Plan, you can upgrade to a larger plan or wait for your monthly billing cycle to renew. If you are on the Pay Per Email Plan and use up all your email credits, you can purchase additional credits.
The Unlimited Plan is priced based on the number of unique email addresses that you send to each month. For example, if your list has 1,000 contacts, but you only email 500 of them each month, then you would only need a 500 contact plan.

Email credits are like postage stamps. Each time you send a campaign, one credit is deducted for each recipient. For example, a campaign to 100 recipients would cost 100 credits. Campaigns to five or fewer recipients are free.
Yes. Unused credits expire after 12 months. Credits cannot be refunded except as provided for by our money-back guarantee.
