Importing addresses from Excel

You can import your Excel spreadsheet into Direct Mail. Here's how:

  1. Choose Addresses > Import from the menu bar.
  2. Choose "Microsoft Excel" from the popup menu.
  3. Click Choose.
  4. Select your Excel workbook.
  5. Click Open.
  6. Select the worksheet you want to import
  7. If your spreadsheet has a header row, check "Source file has a header row".
  8. For each column you'd like to import, click the "Don't Import" popup and select which Direct Mail column you'd like to import to.
  9. Click Import
