Adding additional information (besides name and email) to addresses

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

By default, Direct Mail lets you edit the following fields for each recipient:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address

You can edit additional information for each recipient, including:

  • Company Name
  • up to 15 custom fields

Here's how to edit more than just the default information for each address:

  1. Choose Addresses > Show Columns > from the menu bar.
  2. Choose the additional columns you'd like displayed.
  3. Once the columns are displayed, double-click the field to edit.
