Sending email using Microsoft Exchange or Office 365

Direct Mail can send email via your Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 account. This feature requires an enterprising pricing plan. Please contact our support team for more information.

If you are on an enterprise pricing plan, you can configure Direct Mail to send via your Microsoft account as follows:

  1. Choose “Direct Mail > Preferences…” from the menu bar at the top of your screen
  2. Click on the Accounts tab
  3. Click the “+” button at the bottom of the window and select “Microsoft Account”
  4. Complete the authorization process in your browser

After you have granted Direct Mail access to your Microsoft account, it will be available as an option in the “Send” window (look for the “Send Using” popup menu).
