If you can't make changes to a project

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

If you cannot make changes to a project, it's likely that the owner of the project did not grant you "edit" privileges. You can inspect your privileges:

  1. Choose File > Share from the menu bar at the top of the screen
  2. Look for your name (or email address) and see what permissions the owner has granted you

If you would like additional privileges, you will need to contact the owner of the project so that he or she can make the change.
