By default, Direct Mail automatically keeps itself up-to-date by downloading and installing updates in the background. However, you can also check for an update manually:
- Open Direct Mail
- Choose Direct Mail > Check for Software Update from the menu bar at the top of the screen
If desired, you can disable the automatic-update feature in Direct Mail's Settings window.
Mac App Store
If you downloaded Direct Mail from the Mac App Store, then the App Store will automatically keep you up-to-date. However, can you check for updates manually:
- Open the App Store
- Click the Updates tab
- Look to see if an update is available
