Sign In to Your Direct Mail Account

Here's how to sign in:

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of the screen
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your email address and password
  4. Click Sign In

Once you've signed in, Direct Mail will keep you signed in on that computer even if you quit and re-open the application.

Sign In Using Single Sign-On (SSO)

You can sign in to Direct Mail using your organization’s single sign-on provider. This feature is available to accounts that have an enterprise pricing plan with us (please contact our support team for more information).

To use single sign-on, follow the instructions at the top of this article. After you enter your email address, the password field will disappear and be replaced by the words “Single sign-on”. Click the Sign In button to proceed.

Sign Out

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of the screen
  2. Click Sign Out
