If your account is disabled

If your account is disabled, you will most likely receive an email with an explanation why and instructions on how to follow up with us for a resolution. If you have any questions, please contact support. Some common reasons for an account being disabled include:

  • Abuse. If you are found sending spam or other content not allowed by our Terms of Use, your account will be disabled.
  • Excessive spam complaints. If we receive spam complaints in excess of industry standards, your account will be disabled while we investigate the problem.
  • Excessive hard bounces. If your email campaigns result in higher than normal bounces, we may disable the account while we investigate the problem.
  • Direct complaints. If a recipient goes out of his or her way to contact us directly to complain about a particular sender or email campaign, we may disable the account while the incident is investigated.

In most cases, we will get back to you and resolve the issue within one business day.
