You can enhance the security of your Direct Mail account by enabling two-factor authentication. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, then anyone who tries to sign in as you must have not only your email address and password, but also a six-digit code that changes every 60 seconds. In order to use two-factor authentication, you must have a TFOT authenticator app on your smartphone. Recommended authenticator apps include Google Authenticator and 2STP Authenticator. Compatible apps are available for Android, as well.

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of your screen
  2. Click "Change" next to Password & Security
  3. Click "enable two-factor authentication"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions
