You can add contacts to a blacklist to prevent future email campaigns from being sent to them.
Create a Blacklist
- Navigate to the Contacts tab
- Click the + button in the toolbar
- Choose New Blacklist
Add Contacts to a Blacklist
Contacts are added to a blacklist the same way contacts are added to a regular list. You can drag and drop contacts from a list to a blacklist, add contacts manually, import contacts, etc.
How Blacklists Are Used
When a campaign is sent (or scheduled to be sent), the recipient email addresses are compared to the blacklist email addresses. Any matches are filtered out of the recipient list.
Blacklists and Autoresponders
Blacklists do not prevent contacts from being sent autoresponder campaigns.
