Cancelling Your Billing Plan

If you are on the Unlimited Plan, you can cancel at any time. If you are on the Pay Per Email Plan, there is no need to cancel because it is a pay-as-you-go plan.

To cancel:

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of your screen
  2. Find the section titled Billing Plan and click Change
  3. Choose End monthly billing… and follow the on-screen instructions

After cancelling, you can still use Direct Mail, but will not be able to send email campaigns unless you purchase email credits or subscribe to a monthly plan.

If you purchased your Unlimited Plan using the App Store, then any changes to the plan, including cancellation, must be done via the App Store.
