To open a project that is saved in the cloud:
- Open Direct Mail
- Choose File > Open from Cloud from the menu bar at the top of your screen
- Select a project
- Click Open
The project will sync to your Mac and open automatically when it is ready.
The first time you open a project, it may take some time to complete the initial sync. However, each time thereafter, the project will open instantly and updates will sync from the cloud in the background.
If You Cannot Open a Project
If you see an error message that says "You are not authorized to open…", it can be for the following reasons:
- The owner of the project has revoked your access. Contact the owner of the project for more information.
- The project must be re-synced to your Mac. Choose File > Open from Cloud from the menu bar, select the project, and click Open.
