Cancel Your Campaign

You can cancel a campaign that is waiting to send or that is currently sending. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab
  2. Select the campaign
  3. Click Manage Delivery and choose Cancel Delivery

If your campaign was already sending at the time it was cancelled, use the Recipients or Errors sections of the report to see which recipients did or did not receive the campaign.
