Thanks for the update. Any idea when fixed position column customization will be coming? Would love for column positions to stick.

      Hi JustinJ,

Thanks for the comment. We will have that fixed in the next update! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Any chance of also offering older versions of Direct Mail for download? I’d like to try out Direct Mail on my PPC Mac running Mac OS X v10.5, and to my knowledge, Direct Mail 2 supported that configuration.

What do you mean “free?” We downloaded, and now you want to charge us $100 to use it! Had you said anything about that, we wouldn’t have. And by the way, aren’t there laws against false advertising?

      Hi Tom,

Thanks for your comment. Not sure what part of “free” you’re unclear on. If you already are using Direct Mail 2 or Direct Mail 3, there is no charge for this 3.0.4 update.

If you haven’t signed up for a plan yet, Direct Mail (including this update) is free to try for up to 50 emails/month. More details can be found at

If you have any further questions, the good folks in support will be happy to help!
